Certain Advantage is hiring for a HR Advisor based in Lancashire.This role is on a permanent basis and is office based.

The Role:

This role is for a progressive HR Advisor-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-orientated and driven to succeed.You will be managing a team of 2 and reporting to HR Manager and be responsible for:

  • Identifying recommending and implementing process improvement across the HR department
  • Act as the escalation point for more complex or senior - level casework and provide advice on best practices and policies for ER casework.
  • You will excel in HR operational process.
  • Line manager responsibilities to nurture and develop the HR Officers
  • Lead any projects and collaborate with the senior HR team.
  • Be a trusted advisor to collaborate with senior stakeholders within the business.
  • Manage ER issues end to end to resolution.
The Individual

We are looking for people who can show:

  • 3 years plus experience as a HR Advisor
  • Demonstrate a great record and delivering change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Happy to work in an office-based role.
  • Collaborative with a track record in stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and manage complex situations with the business.
  • CIPD level 3 (minimum)
