We are working with a leading healthcare company, and are seeking a Technical Operator to join their dedicated manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for setting up and running specialised machines used to produce wound care products that are essential to the healthcare market. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the production of life changing products.
Key responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor wound care manufacturing machines.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards.
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Contribute to waste elimination projects.
Collaborate with the wider team to meet production targets.
What you bring:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within printing or textile manufacturing.
A strong commitment to health and safety compliance.
A proactive attitude towards driving improvements in production processes.
