URGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS/ ADMIN ASSISTANT to join a leading logistics company based within the Colnbrook area.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with all aspects of accounts
- Sending statements/ reminders to clients
- Invoicing clients
- Handling any queries
- General admin/ data entry
- Reporting to the Accounts manager
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within all aspects of accounts
- Freight forwarding experience
- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding communication skills
- Attention to detail
- 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
