Job Title: Operations Graduate

Salary: £25,000 + excellent benefits (12 month FTC)

Location: Slough

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain ethical standards in accordance with the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies
  • Assist in managing customer and operational inquiries and providing timely responses, maintaining excellent customer relations
  • Actively support the team in achieving revenue targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to learn and understand their purchasing requirements and provide procurement support accordingly
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Support in creating and management of best practice, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in line with local and international compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn and identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operational processes
  • Support sales activities, identifying prospective clients, generate leads, and cultivate strong customer relationships

Experience/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Be an ambitious, enthusiastic, motivated and strong team member
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
