We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable PA to provide full administrative and personal assistance to the Headteacher, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school. This role is crucial in managing the Headteacher's schedule, handling correspondence, and organising meetings and events.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Headteacher.
  • Manage the Headteacher’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Plan and coordinate school events and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Handle all correspondence directed to the Headteacher, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters and demonstrate discretion at all times.
  • Liaise with both internal and external contacts to facilitate school operations.
  • Work independently and proactively to support the Headteacher’s needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in office administration, preferably within a school environment.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in managing calendars and coordinating events.
