Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a leading organisation within the Colnbrook area to find a PA to a team of Directors. The suitable candidate will be providing day to day administrative support to multiple Directors plus the CEO. This opportunity would suit a candidate who has previous PA experience, and experience of supporting multiple people. The successful candidate will need to be personable, organised, able to prioritise their workload, and have the ability to adapt to different personalities. Please Note - This opportunity will be fully office based. Some of the duties will include:

  • Managing multiple calenders and appointments for the CEO and Directors
  • Handle confidential phone calls, emails and correspondence
  • Booking meeting rooms, greeting visitors and updating event attendance trackers
  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
  • Taking minutes, distributing to the team of Directors
  • Preapring documents, reports, presentations and meeting agendas
  • Handling expense reports and credit card statements for the Executive team
  • Inbox management
  • Assisting with event organisation
  • Booking travel and accomodation as required for the Executive team
  • Working closely with other internal departments including HR and Marketing

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience of working as a PA is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • MUST be willing to be office based
