Sales Coordinator/ Sales Support Engineer / Engineering Administrator required to join a market leading engineering manufacturer based near Slough.

The successful Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Engineer / Engineering Administrator shall be responsible for generating quotations, order processing, expediting, documentation, administration, invoicing, proposals and other aspects of customer service for mechanical engineering products such as valves, hydraulics, pneumatics and other.

The Sales Coordinator/ Sales Support Engineer / Engineering Administrator ideally come from any sales, technical support, customer service or technical background associated with engineering, Full training is being provided.


Package
  • 30,000-35,000 depending on experience.
  • 4 day week + flexible working

Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Engineer / Engineering Administrator Role
  • Generate & provide quotations & proposals of compressed air systems & associated mechanical engineering products to customers.
  • Provide technical support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services - e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc.
  • Learn all aspects of administration which includes order processing, invoicing, checking order confirmations.
  • Product specification plus after sales and service support.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Commutable to the office daily near Slough.


Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Engineer / Engineering Administrator Requirements

  • Full training is being provided, however having previously worked in an engineering environment raising quotations and pricing queries is highly beneficial.
  • Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft office, ERP, CRM or similar software.
  • Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support Engineer, Engineering Administrator, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Sales Executive, Technical Sales Advisor, or similar customer service position, ideally within engineering.
  • Technical aptitude and/or understanding of engineering equipment - mechanical or industrial engineering products is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must be commutable to the office near Sloughor willing to re locate.
