Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Supervisor to join the team.

This role requires a flexible person, happy to work mobile throughout Reading, Wimbledon, Slough and surrounding regions.

The Role:

The main function of the working supervisor is to lead their team of engineers and their relevant sites to optimise performance.

The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all pre planed maintenance (PPM) tasks raised on SimPRO and clients platform are performed and completed.

Unplanned maintenance tasks are to be reviewed every working day by Admins and updates to be entered onto Simpro once confirming with the supervisor. Where additional resource or re-allocation to another engineer is required this is to be completed by the contract support administrator.

The supervisor will supervise the maintenance contract and engineering staff under their control and is responsible for the following duties:

Supervising engineers

Oversee the planned and reactive maintenance works

Close liaison with managers and clients

The Person:

• You will ideally be a working supervisor or a lead engineer looking for the next step up.
• IOSH preferable
• Level 3 in electrical or mechanical/HVAC
• You will be a strong all rounder in fm - electrical, hvac, mechanical, fabric background.
• You must hold a full uk licence
• Experience working on commercial sites
• You will be happy with travel in to regions above once a month

The Package:

• Starting salary of upto £44,000 + £4,000 Company Car Plus Excellent package
