If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!!!** MUST BE 2 YEAR REFERENCABLE **£14 per hour37.5 hours a weekMonday to Friday (3 days in the office + 2 days work from home)Main Purpose of the Position:To ensure all communication with customers is in a professional and timely manner and resolved to the customer's satisfaction using the appropriate channels. Managing corporate customer queries from start to finish, taking ownership and being responsible for resolution of the issue.Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Knowledge of DHL services and operating systems.- Customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of customer inquiries.
