Job: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000
Main Responsibilities:
Our client is a prestigious, blue-chip company are looking for a candidate who can handle their customer queries regarding the end of their contract renewals. You will negotiate extensions and renewals whilst discussing the best option for the customer. You will have an excellent telephone manner and will happy taking inbound and making outbound calls. You will need to be happy working to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Key Skills:
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Customer focused
- Good attention to detail
Experience:
- Experience with contracts renewals
- Previous customer service experience
