Sheridan ward is excited to be on the lookout for a new Customer Service Representative to join one of our lovely and well-established client based in Southall!
They are looking for someone who has strong previous customer service experience, as well as someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will need to have had experience dealing with a high volume of phone calls and working in a fast-paced environment!!
This role does include weekend work, this isn’t every weekend, but they do need someone who is happy to do this.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Responding and dealing with customer queries
- Making sure customers details are logged correctly
- Amending customers orders if required
- Monitoring customer returns
- Working with the sales team
