Sales Order Processing Administrator, Langley, Berkshire Salary Bracket: £27,000 - 30,000 DOE

Office Location: Fully office-based role at Head Office, Langley Berkshire Hours: 35 Hours per week (9am-5pm Monday to Friday)

About the role:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Order Processing Administrator to join our client's dynamic sales administration team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you will have already gained experience within a Sales Administration role, preferably within B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities include:* Processing a high volume of sales orders* Managing a high volume of emails (typically 100 per day), including handling product/price queries, order queries, stock queries, and providing shipping updates* Collaborating with a team of 3 to ensure smooth and efficient sales administration* Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail* Delivering excellent customer service through strong written and verbal communication skills* Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and internal departments including Shipping/Logistics, Procurement, and Sales

Ideal Candidate:* Proven background in sales administration * Enjoys working at a fast pace * Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to build and cultivate positive working relationships, internally and externally * Strong customer service skills * Experience with Sage 50 or Sage 200 is advantageous* Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using CRMs
