Sonic Summary

Freightserve recruitment is seeking an experienced Airfreight Import specialist for a small, busy Freight Forwarder located in Colnbrook, Berkshire.
The role involves liaising with clients, coordinating with overseas agents, completing customs clearances, and arranging deliveries.
Candidates should have experience in Air Imports and customs entries, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of HMRC processes.
The position requires the ability to work independently, handle customer queries, and be a team player with a positive attitude.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Airfreight Import person for a small busy Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Liaise / communicate closely with clients on all aspects of the import process
Co-ordination with overseas agents.
Complete customs clearances.
Arrange deliveries.
Liaise with airlines / handling agents.
Preparation and processing of customer Invoicing.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:-

Experience within an Air Imports.
Customs entries experience
Be able to communicate with customers and colleagues using all mediums.
Knowledge of HMRC processes and procedures.

Ability to:-

Work on own initiative.
Handle customers and their queries.
Be a team player.
Have a positive attitude.
Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
