Our client is a global pharmaceutical organisation conducting novel drug discovery & development projects across a broad range of therapeutic areas. They are currently looking for a HR Analytics Manager to lead key initiatives following their site relocation. This is a unique opportunity to analyse workforce trends, refine retention strategies, and assess pay competitiveness to ensure our employees stay engaged and supported during this transition.

In this role, you’ll analyse the impact of their future relocation on employee retention, updating eligibility groups, retention strategies, and cost estimates. You’ll assess commute changes, conduct pay benchmarking for lab-based workers, and support change management initiatives with leadership. Additionally, you’ll advise and present to senior leadership on retention strategies, assist with performance improvement plans, and contribute to DE&I efforts.

Qualifications and experience

  • Previous experience in employee retention & company relocations
  • Strong data analysis & workforce planning skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for HR analytics
  • Ability to develop and present insightful recommendations based on data
  • Strong stakeholder engagement & change management experience
