Our client, an innovative company with a global presence is currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Slough. This role is a full time role, working on a hybrid basis (3 days office based).

As the HR Advisor, you will play a critical role within human resources operations for the UK business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to the business on a daily basis.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters (ER case management).
  • Lead employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills; this role is a business facing position which requires significant engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  • HR experience happy working in a generalist role (CIPD preferred).
  • Excellent understanding of HR best practices and legislation.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
