The successful candidate will have a strong HR background and a strategical approach.Salary: £48,000Location: Slough Shift: Monday - Friday

Duties:

  • Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflicts and disciplinary actions.
  • Contribute to recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the on boarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation, and facilitating smooth integration for new hires.
  • Oversee the UK payroll submission process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Promote employee engagement by organising team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
  • Produce HR reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Work with Senior HR BP partner on strategies with organisational objectives and contribute to implementing HR programs that support business goals.

Key requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong background in HR
  • CIPD qualified
  • Clear DBS and full 5 year referenceable
