Air Import/Export Operations and Customs Coordinator (4o4o 7am-7pm) - Colnbrook

Using Cargowise, Sequoia and Boxtop. Current UK experience is essential (at least 3 years)

- Communication with customers is paramount and keeping them updated along the way – via email and phone 

Execute the shipment at the agreed cost and report any deviation - Communicate with origin office to set up shipment and monitor them 

Provide quote, if required - Customs clearance (to be done following clearance instruction and ensure the direct rep. letter is held on file)

Bill VAT/DUTY if our deferment a/c was used - Add all costs to the files - Update milestones as per department requirements Billing, on time and accurately - PODs – ensure that all files have PODs before closing a file -
