You will install, repair and maintain Biological Safety Cabinets, LEV testing, Fume Hoods and Laminar Flows for Laboratories across the South East of England.

Role Overview
  • Become the technical expert on all Company products, including Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar flow units, Fume hoods.
  • Assist customers and field personnel with technical questions and arrange for necessary repairs or training on products with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Train field resources on technical aspects of the product and help troubleshoot field issues.
  • Identify and maintain inventory of necessary service parts.
  • Be able to systematically identify the root cause of issues and carry out practical corrective/preventive measures.
What are we looking for?
  • At least 1 year of industry exposure in laboratory environments in the clean air industry.
  • Ambitious, driven and keen to grow skill set and develop.
  • Being able to work well in teams.
  • Being able to work in changing environments and adapt accordingly.
  • Willing to travel.
Package
