Day-to-day roles for the Customer Service Advisor:

Answering incoming calls from customers related to orders and products
Escalating calls as when required
Responding and dealing with the live chat and the social media platforms
Dealing with customer returns and any order issues for customers

Required skills and qualifications for the Customer Service Advisor:

A good capability of typing out responses and dealing with incoming orders
Responding to customers with good grammar and spelling within your online interactions
Candidates must have good customer service and social media experience
A basic understanding of computers/IT, being able to type efficiently
