Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will maintain balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring integrity in financial reporting. Using your expertise in double-entry bookkeeping, you will keep accurate financial records. Additionally, you will assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support strategic decisions. Overseeing the financial operations of a small team, you will ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

What is Required
  • Proven experience managing a small team.
  • Background working as an accountant within an SME environment.
  • Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
