Due to increased customer demand from our key clients, Jumar are looking to hire an accomplished mid-senior level, Midlands based Business Analyst on a 12 month FTC to join a thriving BA team in February 2025.
Jumar is expanding their Business Analysis capability; and we're recruiting for a well rounded and seasoned, Midlands based Business Analyst who can travel to our offices in Solihull and also be flexible if needed to travel to UK client sites.
This is a superb full-time permanent opportunity to join Jumar's thriving BA practice in Birmingham - working for Jumar as part of our EOD model (Experts on Demand) - supporting the increase in demand from projects - and working onsite with public and private sector clients across the UK. Financial Services / Public Sector industry experience is required.
Our Technology Division has been trusted for more than a decade to deliver mission-critical digital development projects to a range of industries around the world. Our projects cover the entire delivery lifecycle from capturing initial business requirements, through to code development, QA activities - all the way through to release and ongoing production support.
We are seeking a mid-senior level Business Analyst to deliver excellence to and on behalf of Jumar and our clients. You will have already proven yourself in your profession, being able to demonstrate and illustrate great customer engagement and communication skills, stakeholder identification and management, attention to detail and quality delivery. You will work well as a team member or alone on small to medium sized / complexity projects.
You are able to adapt to different projects, audiences and expectations with an adjustable and flexible mindset, embracing and promoting business and technical change.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- A good / growing knowledge of Business Analysis practices (e.g BPMN, MoSCoW, Lean Six Sigma)
- A good understanding of the end to end delivery framework
- Ability to communicate technical change concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple small client projects simultaneously or a single medium sized project
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and management skills
- An understanding of Financial Services or Public Sector projects and challenges

The salary50,000 - 58,000 Per Annum depending on level/experience, and also come with a Jumar Benefits package (Holiday, Private Medical, Pension etc).
