This is a part-time role (3 days per week) covering long-term sickness.

About the RoleAs SENCO, you will:* Lead the SEND provision across the school, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.* Work closely with pupils, staff, and parents to create individualised support plans.* Provide training and guidance to colleagues, promoting an inclusive learning environment.* Collaborate with external agencies to secure additional support and resources.* Host annual reviews and apply for funding bids.* Foster an inclusive, emotionally literate environment, supporting children with ACEs.

About YouThe ideal candidate will have:* Previous SENCO or significant SEND experience.* A recognised SENCO qualification (or willingness to obtain one).* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices.* Experience with SEMH and challenging behaviours.* Proven experience in delivering creative and engaging curriculum plans.* Emotional resilience and the ability to support children with diverse emotional needs.
