We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our client's HR team as a Recruitment Business Partner. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that support their ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Head of HR to build and develop a world-class recruitment function.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Support managers to conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
  • Support with the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer acceptance.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for building a high-performing recruitment function.
