Are you an experienced Finance Manager with a proactive approach, thrive in providing advice to help make business improvements?

The Business & Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the property and real estate industry. Duties include managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, analysing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret financial data and trends
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
  • Experience in property management or real estate development (Not essential)
