7.5T Driver
We are currently seeking a 7.5T driver for our Croydon based client. You will be working with a driver's mate delivering building materials throughout South London & South East. It is a highly customer focused role, keeping them informed and meeting scheduled delivery times. There is a variable shift pattern which will include some weekends (at higher rate).
Shift pattern: Variable
Contract type: Temporary / ongoing
Rate of pay: £16.41 including holiday pay / £24.61 Overtime, and £32.81 on Sundays and Bank Holidays (PAYE)
As a 7.5T driver you must have:
- UK Category C1 licence
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Driver CPC Card
- No more than 6 points for minor offences
- There may be some restrictions for insurance purposes (please phone for details).
The successful driver can expect:
- Varied start times
- Monday Friday shifts (minimum 8 hours)
- Overtime after 8 hours and on Saturdays
- Double time on Sundays
- Weekly pay every Friday
This position would be suitable for 7.5T delivery driver, commutable from Sutton, Coulsdon, Purley, Mitcham, Thornton Heath and Wallington.
