An excellent opportunity to join an Insurance Broker in Essex that are looking to recruit an experienced Account Handler to work in a busy team. The role will be primarily focused of Personal Lines Insurance, however you will also be assisting the team deal with a mixture of Commercial risks also.
Main Duties:
- Handling renewals, new business and mid term adjustments
- Producing cover notes, debit and credit notes
- Liaising with clients and underwriters
- Produce presentations and gather all valuable information
- Obtain quotations
- Analyse and provide advice on risk and insurance issues
- Deal with any types of Personal Lines including Household, Motor and Travel insurance
- Handle all problems and queries
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Essential Skills Required:
- Experience in a similar Account Handling role
- Excellent Personal Lines and/ or Commercial Insurance knowledge
- Strong knowledge of general Insurance policies and procedures
What you need to know:
- Permanent office based role - Essex
- Salary £28,000 - £32,000 - depending on experience
