We are now looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team.
The RoleAs a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, handling queries, and providing top-notch service to both new and existing customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
? Managing customer accounts – handling a mix of key and standard accounts, ensuring they receive outstanding service.? Processing orders – handling orders from multiple sources, including phone, email, and online portals.? Answering customer queries – responding to product inquiries, checking order status, and handling requests for collections.? Handling customer complaints – ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.? Creating quotations – assisting with special product orders and pricing updates.? Maintaining customer records – keeping CRM systems updated with notes, pricing, and key details.? Providing product advice – offering guidance on specifications and documentation.? Generating reports – working alongside IT to provide insights to customers.? Coordinating projects – supporting key customer accounts with bespoke service requests.? Upselling & cross-selling – identifying opportunities to enhance customer orders.
