They pride themselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for their guests while maintaining the highest operational standards. They are now seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead our team and drive the continued success of our hotel.

Role Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient management, and financial success. You will lead the team with a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless daily operations while implementing long-term strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a high standard of guest service and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the hotel team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Manage all financial aspects, including budgeting, revenue management, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through guest feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and consistency in service and offerings.
• Work closely with department heads to improve efficiencies and maintain operational excellence.
• Represent the hotel in the local community and build strong brand awareness.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of sales, marketing, and guest experience enhancement.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of organization.
