This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn and gain experience in a variety of departments. Full training will be provided.Key Duties:
  • Conduct regular audits, including call listening across Operations
  • Provide feedback on quality metrics and generate regular reports for senior management
  • Collaborate on action plans to improve quality and customer outcomes
  • Monitor control effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement across operations
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience within an office based role 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
