NET Recruit are partnering with a financial services business, to search the market for an Interim Business Support Administrator in the Southampton area. This role is expected to be for a period of 4 weeks but could be made permanent.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Entering valuable data from source formats into Excel documents
  • Loading instructions from SalesLogix collections platform
  • Retrieving and filing paperwork as required
  • Ad-hoc support on other duties as deemed necessary
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Applicants should be educated to GCSE level and would ideally also hold a professional qualification, although this isn't essential
  • Applicants should have a strong administration background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fantastic IT proficiency - particularly with Microsoft Office and Sage or other accounting systems
