The key responsibilities for the Project Management role are:
- Oversee ongoing tasks and responsibilities of team managers through regular discussions.
- Assist in reallocating work among managers as needed.
- Champion and implement key software updates and process optimisation's.
- Utilise Microsoft 365 tools to streamline work flows and enhance efficiency.
- Identify and embed process improvements within the team.
- Coordinate short-term and long-term resource planning.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding work assignments.
- Support managers in managing client time lines and communications.
- Organise key administrative activities, including on boarding, engagement letters, billing schedules, and audit letters.
- Monitor non-financial KPIs and ensure effective holiday and training planning.
- Collaborate with other Team Co-Ordinators to ensure cross-team support and resource allocation.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Project Management Role is someone with the following:
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience in documenting processes and identifying efficiency's.
- Strong collaborative skills with a diplomatic and proactive approach.
- Ideally, a background in project management (qualification preferred but not essential).
- Ability to delegate effectively and manage workload priorities.
