Page Personnel is supporting a returning customer with their recruitment of a Reconciliations Clerk to join their accountancy team on an ongoing temporary basis, approximately until the end of the year with the possibility of extension. The role reports to the Finance Manager and is based in the office.

Client Details

Our client is based in Central Southampton and offers free parking close by. Due to a backlog of work, they urgently need support to clear it. The business is a highly reputable and growing organisation with more plans set to grow further!

Description

As the Reconciliations Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Reviewing debit balances
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Processing invoices
  • Any other adhoc duties

Profile

In order to be considered for the role, you must:

  • Ideally have experience with reconciliations and clearing backlogs
  • Be immediately available
  • Be able to work with little support
  • Be able to communicate effectively written and verbal
  • Be confident with computer software including Excel
  • Be able to work from the office daily
