Were seeking a proactive and results-driven Delivery Manager with extensive knowledge of the Openreach network to oversee projects across the Winchester and Southampton area.
To be successful, you must be based within an hour's commute and have a proven track record in managing telecoms or utilities delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom infrastructure projects, from planning and design through to implementation and handover.
- Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates on project progress.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting project objectives.
