Are you an experienced Delivery Manager looking for your next challenge? Join Morrison Telecom Services, part of the M Group Services Telecom Division, and play a pivotal role in delivering essential telecoms infrastructure projects.

Were seeking a proactive and results-driven Delivery Manager with extensive knowledge of the Openreach network to oversee projects across the Winchester and Southampton area.

To be successful, you must be based within an hour's commute and have a proven track record in managing telecoms or utilities delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom infrastructure projects, from planning and design through to implementation and handover.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates on project progress.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting project objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Telecom Expertise: Utilize your extensive telecom industry knowledge to make informed decisions and provide guidance on project technical aspects.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all project activities adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates.
