My client in Southampton are looking to appoint a talented Reward Business Partner on a Contract basis.

My Client are looking for an experienced HR Reward Business Partner who will lead the strategic transformation of the Council's reward offering, ensuring it aligns with organisational priorities and enhances their ability to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 30+ day hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Southampton (Hybrid):

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that supports the Council's workforce objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Lead on the transformation of the Council's reward offering.
  • Oversee the Council's approach to equal pay, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
  • Review and implement policies and processes related to professional registrations and associated payments.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in a reward-focused role.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading on reward transformation or turnaround projects.
  • Local Authority experience is essential
