Signet are partnering with a brilliant non-profit organisation in the Education sector, who based in Ascot to recruit an HR/Recruitment Administrator to their HR team of 5 people.

This opportunity has come about because of an internal move, and now the team are looking for someone to bring about 1-2 years of HR/ Recruitment experience to support them moving forward.

In this role, you will be involved in:

  • Recruitment – design, prepare job and person specifications. Liaising with recruitment agencies and updating adverts- including sourcing candidates, logging applications and supporting hiring managers
  • Maintain HR record information systems and input all new data
  • On-boarding for new starters (including making up files, applying for references and safeguarding paperwork; including all relevant checks.
  • Be the point of reference for internal and external queries and report as required.
  • Co-ordination, administration and minute taking of relevant HR meetings.
  • Adhere to HR policies and update policies and procedures under the advisement of the HR Director/Manager
  • Assist with projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Support and assist the HR team
  • Assist with administration of training and development programmes
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as and when required

This is a varied role where your time will be split between generalist HR and recruitment. They are looking for someone with up to 2 years experience, who is tech savvy and can bring some thoughts and ideas to how processes could be even smoother and how to attract the best people.

This role will be 4 days in their lovely offices in Ascot, 1 at home, and up to £32,000 + great additional benefits.
