Job Title: HR Business PartnerLocation: Southampton/Hybrid - Some TravelContract: 14-16m FTCCompetitive salary + bonus    Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement local departmental strategies for employee relations and professional growth.
  • Plan, manage, and execute key projects.
  • Support initiatives that drive organisational development.
  • Guide and coach managers through change processes such as restructures and consultations.
  • Review and refine working agreements and employment contracts.
  • Identify and implement learning and development initiatives for employees and managers.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Work with Line Managers to monitor and manage sickness cases effectively.
  • Conduct and administer exit interviews and questionnaires.
  • Review job descriptions and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare offer documentation and facilitate employee inductions.
  • Partner with line managers to assess skill gaps and development needs.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems and records.
  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience and proficiency working with HR Systems and data.
  • Proven work experience as a strategically focused HR Business Partner.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organisational growth and effectiveness.
  • An analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to drive insights and influence decision-making.
  • In depth understanding and experience effectively managing complex ER cases to resolution.
  • Experience working across the full employee lifecycle.
  • A full UK driving licence.
