- Develop and implement local departmental strategies for employee relations and professional growth.
- Plan, manage, and execute key projects.
- Support initiatives that drive organisational development.
- Guide and coach managers through change processes such as restructures and consultations.
- Review and refine working agreements and employment contracts.
- Identify and implement learning and development initiatives for employees and managers.
- Handle employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Work with Line Managers to monitor and manage sickness cases effectively.
- Conduct and administer exit interviews and questionnaires.
- Review job descriptions and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer documentation and facilitate employee inductions.
- Partner with line managers to assess skill gaps and development needs.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems and records.
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.
- Experience and proficiency working with HR Systems and data.
- Proven work experience as a strategically focused HR Business Partner.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organisational growth and effectiveness.
- An analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to drive insights and influence decision-making.
- In depth understanding and experience effectively managing complex ER cases to resolution.
- Experience working across the full employee lifecycle.
- A full UK driving licence.
