The CMA HR Division are working exclusively in partnership with a large international organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused HR service. This role involves advising managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, policy implementation, absence management, and recruitment.

What will the Senior HR Advisor role involve?

  • Provide professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Support managers with employee relations issues, including absence, performance, and grievance matters.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interviews, and offers.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Advisor:

  • Proven experience in a HR generalist role, ideally within a large international business.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide informed recommendations.
  • CIPD qualification Level 5.
