Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop robust long-term financial strategies

Prepare and present management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Support and advise on five-year business plans and commercial decision making
-
Review and analyse business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

Build trusted advisory relationships with owner-managers and directors
-
Lead on cash flow management, variance analysis, and financial modelling

Support ad-hoc projects, M&A, and business development initiatives as required
About you:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen

Previous experience working with SMEs, owner-managed, or entrepreneurial businesses

Exceptional communication skills and confidence advising senior stakeholders

Analytical thinker, comfortable presenting insights and challenging the status quo
