Looking for a dynamic Senior Administrator to join our client's team!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in coordinating daily job planning for the Delivery Department.
  • Ensure efficient utilisation of Engineers by scheduling the most suitable teams based on skills, location, and certification.
  • Schedule jobs well in advance, allowing sufficient time for coordinators and engineers to plan and book.
  • Collaborate with the technical sales and key account teams to prioritise and book works within appropriate time frames.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance jobs, including producing Compliance Reports and Certificates.
  • Act as the point of contact between the sales team and the client, understanding and managing all service delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and raise purchase orders as necessary.
  • Confirm works, prepare job requirements, and communicate with clients regarding service delivery.
  • Ensure permits are in place and act as a contact point for Compliance Technicians/Surveyors.
  • Manage schedules, asset management, and liaise with sub-contractors.
  • Monitor resource allocation and resolve service delivery-related problems.

PROFILE:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding role.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and computer literate.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Assertive yet professional approach, able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
  • Helpful if familiar with building services or has contractual and project management skills.
