What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Payroll Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in ensuring that payroll processes are managed smoothly and accurately for a diverse client base. This is a hands-on role where client relationships are key, and you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and handling payroll for an allocated portfolio of clients, using SAGE and other cutting-edge payroll systems.

• Managing net salary calculations, RTI filings, and auto-enrolment deadlines with precision and timeliness.

• Liaising directly with clients to gather payroll information and address technical queries, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service.

• Updating payroll for tax code changes and any adjustments required.

• Maintaining accurate records and reconciling payments to HMRC, ensuring full compliance.
