Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for negotiation? Our client is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to drive growth and optimise procurement processes!

Responsibilities:

  • Be the key commercial and procurement representative for all contractual matters, leading negotiations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to maintain alignment and enhance performance.
  • Provide valuable commercial insights to boost profitability and align with long-term goals.
  • Review pricing structures and competitor strategies to capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on new service introductions.
  • Liaise daily with operations to guarantee outstanding customer service and supplier consistency.
  • Monitor customer account performance to prevent commercial leakage.
  • Develop robust procurement strategies for optimal stock levels and inventory turnover.
  • Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Lead the Commercial and Procurement teams, fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
  • Maintain secure electronic records in line with data protection regulations.
  • Provide reports and metrics to the General Manager as needed.
  • Participate in audits and assist in the development of marketing materials.
