The Role:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic recruiter with a proven track record of working within the Web3 realm to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality candidates in the Web3, crypto, and blockchain sectors. You’ll be working closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency sectors.
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates for a variety of Web3-related roles.
- Leverage your knowledge of the blockchain and crypto space to effectively match talent with job opportunities.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to placement and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space to ensure the best recruitment practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
- A deep understanding of the Web3 realm, including blockchain technology, NFTs, DeFi, and crypto.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for the digital space and recruitment.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
