Description
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices with precision and accuracy
- Ensuring all invoice details align with customer contracts and agreements
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline invoicing processes
- Handling invoice queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records for audit purposes
- Assisting with month-end reporting tasks
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the invoicing system
- Adhering to company policies and confidentiality guidelines
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
- Experience in a similar role within the Property industry
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good knowledge of financial software and MS Office
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
