As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all invoice details align with customer contracts and agreements
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline invoicing processes
  • Handling invoice queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records for audit purposes
  • Assisting with month-end reporting tasks
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the invoicing system
  • Adhering to company policies and confidentiality guidelines

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the Property industry
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good knowledge of financial software and MS Office
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
