Fawkes and Reece are recruiting for a freelance Capital Project Manager for a 3-month project starting on March 10, 2025.
The role involves managing a healthcare facility and working for one of the UK's largest Construction and Facility Management companies.
Key responsibilities include developing systems for contract performance, communicating with subcontractors, and overseeing the maintenance budget.
Candidates should have experience in Facilities Management and as a Capital Project Manager, preferably with a focus on healthcare facilities.
The position offers a pay rate of £24.04 - £28.85 per hour, depending on experience, with weekly payments on Fridays.

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Capital Project Manager to commence a 3 month project. This role is to start on 10th March 2025.

The Role

The project you will be working on will be a Senior Capital Project Manager on a healthcare facility. You will be working for one of the UK's largest Construction and Facility Management companies in the UK.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure that specified contract performance indicators are monitors, validated and recorded
Communicate with sub contractors to ensure compliance with the project agreement
Monthly reporting to the deputy director
Market testing of FM services as required by the project
Oversee irregular maintenance budget

Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working in a Facilities Management role
Experience in working as a Capital Project Manager
Preference to have experience within FM work on healthcare facilities
