Your new companyHays Education is working with a school in Ainsdale who are looking for a teaching assistant to join their team. This is a long-term role for the right person.Your new roleThis role involves working as a teaching assistant, predominantly in Year 4. However, this may change with the needs of the school. This is an immediate start and will be long-term for a candidate who can work 5 days consistantly and be flexible with year group.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you need a full DBS on the update service as well as:

  • 2+ years experience working within a school/with children (references needed)
  • Experience working with children with SEN or complex needs
  • Flexibility across year groups
  • Consistancy to work 5 days a week every week in term time
