Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Capital Project Manager to commence a 3 month project. This role is to start on 10th March 2025.
The Role
The project you will be working on will be a Senior Capital Project Manager on a healthcare facility. You will be working for one of the UK's largest Construction and Facility Management companies in the UK.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure that specified contract performance indicators are monitors, validated and recorded
- Communicate with sub contractors to ensure compliance with the project agreement
- Monthly reporting to the deputy director
- Market testing of FM services as required by the project
- Oversee irregular maintenance budget
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Experience working in a Facilities Management role
- Experience in working as a Capital Project Manager
- Preference to have experience within FM work on healthcare facilities
What's on offer
- 24.04 - 28.85 per hour dependent on experience
- Weekly pay on a Friday
