As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, delivering strategic insights, and collaborating with senior stakeholders. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
This position can be considered full-time, 3 or 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Prepare and present monthly P&L statements with insightful commentary
- Review pricing models and perform detailed margin analysis
- Develop and maintain robust financial models
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership
- Implement new performance metrics to measure success
- Ensure an accurate and efficient month-end close process
- Proven ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Strong commercial finance experience with a strategic mindset
- Proactive in driving change and continuous improvement
- Excellent budgeting and financial analysis skills
- Ability to challenge financial data effectively to enhance profitability
- Experience in contract costing (preferred)
