As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, delivering strategic insights, and collaborating with senior stakeholders. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.

This position can be considered full-time, 3 or 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Prepare and present monthly P&L statements with insightful commentary
  • Review pricing models and perform detailed margin analysis
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models
  • Identify risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership
  • Implement new performance metrics to measure success
  • Ensure an accurate and efficient month-end close process
About You:
  • Proven ability to work independently and hit the ground running
  • Strong commercial finance experience with a strategic mindset
  • Proactive in driving change and continuous improvement
  • Excellent budgeting and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to challenge financial data effectively to enhance profitability
  • Experience in contract costing (preferred)
