The role


Vision for education is looking to appoint a Mathematics Teacher to work in a client school in Spalding on a long-term basis. This role is 3 days a week.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities. You must also be approachable, inspiring, enthusiastic and be able to quickly build relationships. This is a great opportunity to join the school and become part of its committed teaching team.

This is mixed secondary school and sixth form is judged ‘good’ by Ofsted. The curriculum has a broad range of subjects to have wide-ranging positive learning experiences and maximise future opportunities for all students.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of Mathematics Teacher, you will:

  • Have experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4.
  • Excellent communication and inter UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
  • Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
